According to the VCPA Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws,
the organization holds an annual public meeting once per year, usually in the
spring,
to present its annual activities and financial status report and entertain
new business. The 2023 meeting was
held in
the historic chapel at 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 29. Archived
reports to the membership of annual goals and accomplishments, from 2011 through
